The Integrity and Responsible Conduct Program at UMD

## Fostering Integrity and Responsible Conduct at UMD

OIRC has created an institutional-level Integrity and Responsible Conduct Program (“IRC@UMD”) that offers programming, resources, and support to the UMD community. The goals of OIRC’s IRC@UMD program are to foster, promote, and ensure integrity and responsible conduct in research (“IRC-R”) and professional activities (“IRC-PA”) at UMD. We are dedicated to providing our faculty, students, trainees, and staff with the education, resources, and support necessary to foster a culture of integrity and responsible conduct in every aspect of their work.

## Programming Areas and Resources

- **Integrity and Responsible Conduct in Professional Activities** — OIRC is creating programming and materials that will supplement a variety of University resources and functions with the goal of promoting professionalism, integrity, and civility across campus.
