About OIRC
The Office of Integrity and Responsible Conduct ("OIRC") has two functional areas:
- Addressing Research, Scholarly, and Faculty Professional Misconduct Issues; and
- Fostering Integrity and Responsible Conduct at UMD through the Integrity and Responsible Conduct @ UMD program ("IRC@UMD").
We are dedicated to ensuring that our UMD community can move Fearlessly Forward with integrity. We welcome your engagement as we endeavor to support UMD in carrying forth its mission of achieving excellence in teaching, research, and public service within a respectful environment.
